Introducing Alexander Contracts, the trade arm of the successful family-run retailer assisting housing developers across the South Coast with an all-in-one solution to their project’s kitchen requirements.

Alexander Contracts have been a nobilia Project Partner since 2013, and has been involved in the design, project management, and installation of thousands of nobilia kitchens. The team provide an all-in-one kitchen solution for developers, offering design, coordination, and installation for single plots and developments of up to one hundred plots.

With two vast showrooms in Horsham and Worthing, West Sussex, the team at Alexander serve the South-Coast, as well as areas of Surrey and Greater London, where they have worked on several landmark developments.

The Team

The Alexander team is vastly experienced, and each member has dedicated the majority of their career to the industry.

Liam Garton heads up the contracts division of the company, handling the project management and coordination of all developments, ensuring everything runs smoothly. He has worked in the industry for more than thirty years, and has worked for several prestigious firms and bringing heaps of industry knowledge to the team.

Sarah Sheridan is the team’s Design Manager, and is another who has more than thirty years’ expertise in her craft. Sarah brings a fantastic blend of innovative design and experience to her work, demonstrated across the hundreds of kitchens she has seen come to life over her years in the trade. Sarah’s diligence and experience in her planning ensure a great installation without any on-site hiccups or delays.

Great design and project management mean nothing without a great installation. Installers Mark and Paul have been in the industry for more than thirty years, and have worked with the nobilia product prior to the company’s inception in 2013. They are true masters of their crafts, and between them, have upheld the high standards that have seen the Alexander team awarded KBSA and Trustmark accredited status.

Whether in Greater London or along the South Coast, the Alexander team have made a positive impact wherever they go, and have been involved in several landmark developments. Their work includes developments for reputable housebuilders like Sigma Homes, JW Stratton, and Riverdale Developments, each of which are renowned for their high standard approach to property.

Particular projects include the seventy plot and four-phase development at Sovereign Harbour for JW Stratton, as well as recent high-specification plots installed for Riverdale Developments.
