This inspiring kitchen project by Kitchen Kit Contracts spans two pioneering developments for Verto Homes — Nexa Fields in Exeter and Monks Way in Holbeton, Plymouth. Both sites form part of the developer’s Zero Carbon Smart Home™ initiative, blending cutting-edge sustainability with sleek, modern design.

Nexa Fields includes 40 homes, with a mix of open market, discount market, and affordable units, featuring kitchens in Fashion Alpine White LineN complemented by 330 Concrete Repro worktops. At Monks Way, 14 homes were fitted with Senso Alpine White LineN cabinetry and Silestone Snowy Ibiza worktops. Across both developments, Siemens appliances and Blanco or Quooker Flex taps were specified, ensuring top-tier energy efficiency — a crucial aspect for these zero-bill homes.

With over seven years of collaboration and hundreds of units delivered, the partnership with Verto Homes continues to exemplify high-quality, sustainable living. Despite the logistical challenges of coordinating installations across remote South West locations, streamlined communication and efficient in-house logistics ensured the smooth delivery of this award-winning project.
